1 Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "You") and phppone ("phppone", "the Company", "We", "Us"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phppone.vip ("Platform").

2 Account Registration and KYC Verification

To access the full functionality of the phppone platform, you must create a registered account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

2.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations and responsible gaming requirements, phppone is required to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawals. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys ID);

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phppone accepts the following payment methods for Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) transactions:

3.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on phppone is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your phppone wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation, which may take up to two (2) banking hours. phppone does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

All funds deposited on phppone must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. phppone will not process withdrawals to a payment account that differs from the one used for the corresponding deposit unless the original payment method is no longer available, in which case additional verification may be required.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the phppone platform — including but not limited to the phppone name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and interfaces, software, text, images, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phppone or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in phppone's intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phppone content without prior written authorization.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phppone's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phppone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. This limitation applies regardless of whether phppone has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phppone does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

phppone reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or AMLA violations;
• Request by the Member for self-exclusion;
• Direction from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority;
• Discovery that the Member is under 21 years of age;
• Extended account inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for more than twenty-four (24) consecutive months may be closed).

Upon account closure for reasons other than fraud or Terms violations, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method within ten (10) business days.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

12.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the phppone platform, the following process applies:

3. PAGCOR Referral: If the matter remains unresolved after phppone's internal complaints process is exhausted, disputes may be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulations.

Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
